Management team

Kevin W. Sweet, Vice President, received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY and his Master’s degree in Business Administration and Systems Management from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, OH.

Since 1997, Kevin has specialized in accounting and financial staffing and recruiting. Prior to joining NESCO Accounting & Finance, he worked for an international staffing company for six years. During that time, Kevin was promoted twice and successfully launched a new office in Albany, NY. Kevin’s career milestones include a President’s District Sales Award and the Million Dollar Milestone. He was recognized as one of the Top 10 Permanent Recruiters in the Country.

Since joining NESCO Accounting & Finance in October of 2003, Kevin has been the top sales producer in the company while opening offices in Phoenix, AZ, San Jose, CA, Columbus, OH, Albany, NY and Boston, MA. In addition, Kevin was a President’s Club recipient in 2004 and 2005. He was promoted to Vice President of the NESCO Accounting & Finance Division in January of 2005.

Prior to joining the staffing and recruiting industry, Kevin's extensive experience in the accounting and financial industry included service as district controller for Browning-Ferris Industries and Northeast Ohio accounting manager for Chicago Title Insurance Company.

Kevin is an active member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA). He has has held several positions on the IMA Board of Directors including President Elect, Vice President of Accounting and Finance, Vice President of Membership and Membership Retention, Vice President of Administration and Special Events Coordinator.
